Fast, friendly, and efficient, what else could you ask for? Being a new driver I was a bit nervous about getting everything set up to register a new car. I was also nervous about parking in 30 minute only parking. We got out in 12 minutes, and the guy was funny and awesome. Wish I got his name to mention him.
