Our family-centred services have evolved and grown over 25 years and are designed to meet the unique needs of very young children and their families. Our highly qualified clinicians are experts in speech, language, communication and hearing development, and work as a team to provide you with the most up-to-date treatment strategies. While our services are primarily directed toward children, we also help parents acquire the skills and information they need to help their children succeed.

Dr. Russell moved back to White Rock, British Columbia in 1995 after spending 2 years in Kelowna, BC. He opened up the Semiahmoo Wellness Center with several health practitioners to offer an integrative approach to health care to the community. Dr. Russell uses a sound, rational, whole body approach in his diagnosis and evaluation of his patients. He believes the principle of prevention and identifying the cause of the problem is the key to attaining and maintaining optimal function and health.
