Rachel was born and raised in Ontario’s Niagara Region and moved to British Columbia in 1994. She obtained a BA in Psychology and Criminology in 2000 from Simon Fraser University and her Law Degree in 2004 from the University of Windsor. Originally from Victoria, Greg received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of Victoria. He moved to Kamloops to join the inaugural class at TRU Faculty of Law, graduating in 2014.
