On a long street with bountiful options for where to eat, I could see how this place might get passed by. When we entered it was not very busy but the atmosphere was very welcoming.
We were there for a Sunday lunch so we all ordered coffee to start, they have a decent cafe au lait. The menu had a great variety with excellent prices! All of the entree salads were only $8. After ordering, we waited a really long time for our food, especially since it wasn't busy at all. However, when the food came out it was all divine! The pizza's were very large for one person and the crust was excellent. Omelette's and eggs benedicts were enjoyable as well. A neat thing about this place is that you have the option of half fries, half salad for your side with any entree.
Overall, a good experience with decent prices but if you are in a rush I would suggest you go elsewhere because the service was very leisurely.

Your server may decide to eat your meal in front of you, this exact situation happened to me at this ghastly restaurant.
Servers are all horrible people, and kitchen staff couldn't cook kraft dinner. After waiting 2 hours for food that would only take 30 minutes to cook they tried to tell us it's only been 40 minutes. Disrespect after disrespect from the staff at this terrible place. If they didn't pay for our drinks I would have walked out without doing so.

Gabriel's food is awesome. every time. His quiche is delicious. the marie claire salad is incredible. my friend ordered an omlette, it was the fluffliest looking omlette i've ever seen! i almost wish his portions were smaller so i'd have room for dessert, but i don't ever seem to have room. even though the apple pie looked so tempting and smelled so good. the wait staff are always friendly even when it gets busy. definitely worth a visit. his quiche is the best ever

The waitresses are lovely. They are bubbly and smile often which is refreshing at a restaurant. We went with a table of 4 great service on Sunday Brunch! We did not feel rushed either. Portions aren't to large but it's French cuisine and still filling. Will definitely go back for Brunch great ending to your wknd.
