I was educated at the University of Manitoba and spent eleven years earning three degrees. I learned a lot about human behavior, but over the years my clients have taught me a whole lot more. Being a spouse or partner and a mom has also been extremely educational and I feel blessed to continue learning and growing. When we forgive ourselves for being imperfect and make good choices that give us the opportunity to have our basic needs met, we make it possible to experience peace and times of happiness.
