Someone sketched my wife's CX9 in the parking while she was shopping. Luckily it was only a paint damage but still a damage. After some diligent research I ended up at Jesus's shop and showed him the problem. After walking me through his professionally equiped shop and showed me his work he looked up the model in a minute and provided me with an estimate instantly. I made an appointment with him for the next business day and he took care of the car. I can't even see where the damage was. The quality of his work is second to none, his demeneur is of the highest grade of professionalism and his pricing was in line with the level of work he needed to do. I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

July 21, 2020 Had some tires done at another shop. Was told to have tire rim bolts retightened in about 80 kilometers. I did not make 30 kilometers and began hearing a sound on the front tires. Went to Midas on Stony Plain Road and had them look at the problem. All the nuts on front right rim were loose. Tire rims on all rims were retorqued and problem was gone. No charge, cannot thank you enough. Integrity today is everything, I consider this location to be at a high standard. Thank you again
