Our Children's Centre Society (OCCS) opened in February 1992 to provide programs to preschool children of the employees of the Provincial Government of British Columbia. We owe our existence to the vision and commitment of Provincial Government employees who helped make their dream a reality. We are very much a family business; the owner, Lucy-Ann Smith, started the daycare in 1992 when her son was a month old. Now, her sons and her husband all work alongside Lucy-Ann to help your children's day be a happy & successful day.
