Raven has always been so good to deal with. They put fender flares on my husbands truck. Installed them in a timely manner for reasonable price. I needed a bolt for my tonneau cover and the lady there was so efficient and friendly and found me the part very quickly. Highly recommend Raven Truck Accessories. This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

These guys are amazing, after being told by a competiter that brakes, bearings everything would have to be replaced. Then I come to Hitch Depot and they replace brake pads and clean bearings and good to go. I appreciate you guys so much. Nice to know there are some honest places you can go to. Thank you so much.

I only like dealing with Tracy B from the back... shes the best and has helped me with so many of my ridiculous projects and unfulfilled project dreams its CRAZY! Shes never been wrong when she says what I need to make stuff happen and Ive caught her several times trying to go for lunch but she helps me anyway. I think PA needs to clone her for the other stores because I never get that kind of service anywhere else!
