I did my EMR course 3 years ago and came back to renew my certificate. After already attending Alfred's class previously, I was looking forward to the renewal. He didn't disappoint with his sense of hummour to keep us engaged. He is also super knowledgeable on all courses and Alberta standards. When you don't understand something he makes sure to explain differently so you can understand. He gives you the time needed to ensure you pass and understand everything. Seriously the best experience at a salon. I had extensions put in from someone else and they went horribly wrong but Kim saved my hair and installed beautiful extensions to boot! Super friendly and knowledgable staff. And even great conversationalist (thank god) because I was there for 6 hours while Kim, and another staff member fixed my hair.
