I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. Great customer service. Excellent work. I took my car in for detailing and was very satisfied with the quality of work. The detailer cleaned every corner of the vehicle. When I picked up it was showroom condition. There service is above 5 star more like 10/10. Reasonably priced and quality of work is unbelievable. I have taken my car to detailing shops in my area and never got good professional care or quality. Highly recommend my drive from Surrey to Richmond was so worth it.

I try the bun Bo hue at every pho spot I find. I am usually disappointed by the flavour of the broth as almost all places do it differently. this is some of the best I've had in the lower mainland so far. the soup was loaded with a generous portion of proteins and veggies as well. this will definitely be my regular spot in this neighborhood
