They invited me into the recording room and let me sit and listen to all my tapes for almost two hours. Then the owner edited the music and transferred it right away onto a CD. I recently purchased some bathroom tiles from Decora. I was helped by a woman named Tara. I just wanted to comment on how amazing and friendly her service was. First, she was very kind in helping me find beautiful tiles that would fit my tight budget. There were several delays and complications in the shipment of the tiles which was a bit frustrating, and she handled the situation with such care and courtesy that it made all the difference. I have never experienced such amazing customer treatment in the home reno area. The other people at Decora whom I had little bits of interaction with also seemed very friendly. Makes me totally happy to recommend Decora to others.

Had a problem with my treadmill. Called for an appointment. Booked in for a service call within a few days. He showed up on time, narrowed the issue down to two things, figured out which one it was, fixed it, charged me a reasonable price and was gone in a little over an hour. I would totally recommend this company.
