Friendly, punctual and professional.Reasonable hourly rate. We had a leaking sink and very slow moving drain. Aaron went down to the basement first to have a look at the plumbing. He immediately saw the problem that was causing the slow drainage. The plumbing was not done correctly for the first owners. He fixed the leaking sink that day and scheduled the replacement plumbing in the basement a couple of days later when he was free. The bill for that was a couple of hundred less than his estimate

Food was amazing, had the blackened trout and it was delicious. The prices are reasonable and even more so considering the quality. Staff was very friendly. The atmosphere is suitable to be well dressed, however, we visited on return from a camping trip Tobermory and received not a single awkward look. Even better, the staff squeezed us in without a reservation and was very welcoming.

I recently bought one of Joe's 'Ariens' snowblowers I wanted to buy local, I'm sick and tired of Big Box buffoons with their lack of knowledge and expertise beyond anything more than operating the flush mechanism on a toilet.
Joe went out of his way to accommodate me, he assembled the machine, set up the snowblower for a gravel driveway, delivered the machine to me and happily took my old 25 year old banger away to recycle parts from. The total bill was considerably less than everywhere else.
