I have had a great experience with my invisilign system. Having previously worn the traditional “train tracks” this new system was pain free and easy to use. The results have been quick and wonderful! I always have a great experience at each of my appointments, the staff are great to deal with, I never have to wait for my appointment once I have arrived at the office and dealing with Dr. Palleck is always a pleasure! Had an awesome experience here, got looked at very quickly and today just had a tooth extracted.
everybody there was nice and was polite, Was in and out within a half hr.
I give 5 stars because I had to cancel my first app last week because of being sick and they were able to fit me in a week later. any bad reviews on this dental office could not be true, or either the customer not getting what they want as I’ve worked in customer service for 7 yrs and the customer is not always right.
