I called Bill last week and briefly described what was wrong with my TV, within minutes he told me what the problem could be and got someone to my house in the same day ! When Bob came over he was so kind and told me everything I needed to know. They took my TV for two days updating me every step of the way for whatever was going on with my TV. My TV is good as new now running smoother then ever !

Bill and Bob really helped me with my 42" Philips Plasma TV. When i came to them with the problem that the power was not working and getting quotes from other companies that was more then the TV itself, they gave me an estimate on the spot and got me the TV back within 3 days! Bob was very lenient with his availability to come and pick up the TV and any time of day, even in the evenings. Bill also kept me updated with whats going on with my TV and got it back to me a lot quicker then i expected.
