My two dogs have enjoyed excellent care at Perfect Place kennels for over 10 years. And the exceptional nature of client service by Steve and Val and their staff was exceeded when I broke my ankle and was unable to care for the dogs.
During my two-month recovery Steve and Val brought the dogs to visit and arranged that they be groomed. The dogs came home they were happy and healthy. They knew the kennel and enjoyed time there in the past so it wasn’t at all a problem for them.

I called late at night to ask if the ice cream machine was still on, and was greeted by a manager named Rebecca. She was fantastic and showed me excellent customer service by quickly informing me of the schedule of how long they would have the machines open.
