The Friends of the Greenbelt Foundation is a non-profit grant-making organization working to help keep farmers successful, strengthen local economies, and protect and grow natural features.

East End Community Health Centre provides primary care, health promotion and disease prevention services to the south-eastern quadrant of central Toronto, Ontario, Canada. A unique aspect of our mandate is to reach out to people in our community who may have difficulty accessing health care due to factors such as language, culture, poverty, or the lack of health insurance. We focus on the whole person in our approach and recognize that factors such as income, education, relationships and housing play a role in physical and mental health.

Every physician has, or should have, a sense of mission and I am no different in this respect. And out of that mission and my medical practice has grown a philosophy of medicine that I call the Health Coach philosophy, in particular a philosophy about the proper relationship between a doctor and patient. On these pages I will explain this philosophy, perhaps slowly, but steadily, beginning on the next page. The Circus Fix is your circus hub! All levels are welcome from newbies to advanced. TCF offers a range of circus fun including various aerial classes, floor classes, and open gym time for inter/advanced students and professionals. We also have after-school kids programming and teen classes, tropical Costa Rican retreats, as well as specialized workshops and intensives. One of our favourite highlights at TCF is the always amazing Recital Fantastique where the students showcase their brilliant skills! Come hang with us!
