The Winnipeg Library Foundation, Inc. was established by the Winnipeg Public Library Board in 1996 to develop public support and manage fund raising on behalf of the Winnipeg Public Library. It is an independent philanthropic organization working to cultivate support and raise funds for innovative, major projects of the Winnipeg Public Library.The Winnipeg Library Foundation, Inc. is committed to supporting the library through partnerships with corporations, other foundations and individuals.
