Our business began in 1999 as M.J. Hardwood Flooring, a shop-at-home service in the GTA. Within 8 years, extreme hard work and dedication led to the grand opening of our first retail location. We had a small 500 sq. ft. showroom, but we had made Amazon Hardwood a truly integrated hardwood company. We continued to grow rapidly due to our entrepreneurial spirit and our drive to be the best. It allowed us to serve the flooring industry better by expanding to a 25,000 sq. ft. warehouse in 3 years. We were providing contractors and savvy homeowners with affordable, discounted quality hardwood flooring from reputable Canadian Manufacturers such as Wickham, Mercier, Superior, and more. We became the best hardwood retailer in Canada.
