Doug was amazing. He talked with me a lot. Let me know what I needed for my car without being pushy. They got my oil change done quickly and then helped me when my battery died. He gave me actual advice for things my car needed with a realistic timeline without trying to get me to spend hundreds of dollars right away. Today I awoke to find that I had a flat tire. After using a portable compressor to fill tire w/ air I went to the my local kal Tire store. I asked if they could repair my tire and ther repair was completed in 1/2 hour. Thanks to Natasha @ front desk and Balal who repaired my flat. Both were very courteous and efficient. I was also able to make a Dr. appoinment on time as well. All the staff @ the store @ 3314 32 ST. ne.and have always been great over the years that I have frequented their store
