We had a delicious, freshly-prepared, nourishing meal, served with warmth and hospitality. The restaurant is located on the snowmobile trail between St-Stanislas and St-Prospère, but also easily accessible by car. I enjoyed the camaraderie of our fellow diners and the delightful flavor, texture, and presentation of the food. It is quite simply the best dining experience you can have between Trois-Rivières and Quebec City.
