We worked with a relocating company from my husbands business along with Grand Floors Ltd. Moving provinces isnt easy when you cant be in two places at once. The team at Grand Floors renovated our main and upper level with new hardwood flooring throughout. We upgraded our staircase railings and spindles. Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it.
