Mission Thrift Store Barrie is a high end local thrift store that boasts the best prices. The thrift store is a volunteer driven, not for profit, that has been serving the community since 2007. Due to many of the hard working volunteers and generous supporters, the store outgrew their previous location, and they now have a 15,000 square foot building which has everything that you would ever want or need.
The store not only supports the local community, but is involved in reaching into the rest of the world by supporting the joint ministry of BFM Foundation (Canada) and Bible League Canada. Come check out the store - you will find a clean, friendly store, with quality products at great prices!
For over 100 years, VON has pioneered health services in Canada. We have a proud tradition of often being the first to identify emerging health and social needs, and then providing innovative services that meet those needs. That's the way it's been since the founding of the Victorian Order of Nurses for Canada. In the Canada of the late 1890s, nurses, doctors and hospitals were desperately needed in remote areas and in rapidly growing towns and cities.
Community Living Dufferin promotes equal opportunity and respect for people who have developmental disabilities by listening to them and supporting their choices to achieve the lives they want.
