Your self-contained holiday apartment is located in a private home on a beautiful one acre garden, high above the mighty Fraser River with view of Mount Baker. French doors lead from the full kitchen to a large living room, featuring a comfortable sitting area with a leather sofa and a firm Queen-size bed. The "Seide room" can be made added to the main apartment to accommodate up to 4 guests or rented separately. TV, wifi, a small fridge and electric kettle and a few dishes let you make some snacks. Your holiday home is ideal for hiking, bird watching, painting, photography, reading and just relaxing. We have lots of books! Wifi connection is available for free for your laptop. Our property is pesticide free - Certified "Habitat Friendly" by the Canadian Wildlife Federation. This area is a golfer's paradise: there are 7 golf courses in the vicinity and one 60-stall driving range. For horse-lovers there are 6 stables and equestrian centres and more than 60 km of riding-trails.

Greg Sleasman, owner-operator of Terra-Therma Drilling, is a licensed waterwell driller, certified by the Ministry of the Environment. He has over 10 years experience working with drill rigs in a variety of applications. He is also a member of the British Columbia Groundwater Association.
