Good customer service doesn't begin to cover it. For many years we have been renting storage spaces at different locations and we never received a service like the one we got at MODULAR storage systems on Marion street. We have been impressed with Nickie and Virginia's courtesy, thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond. Nothing was complicated, everything was possible (we changed our moving dates a few times) and they were helpful.

Payments are easy to make, and if you know youre going to be a little late on a payment, call them and let them know when the payment can be made. I highly recommend them. Andrew is a meticulous piano tuner. He has decades of experience and did an excellent job of tuning my 1900 Bell piano. Courteous and knowledgeable and *extremely* reasonable rates. I would recommend him without hesitation. I also wanted to say that he moved my piano into my home. Again, attention to detail, to make sure the floor was not damaged and that the piano arrived safe and sound.
