I got a flat tire December 17th evening, took the car in at opening 8am in hopes they could patch it. They got me in and fixed it right away! No charge. Amazing service, great staff. And they left me a flower on the dash. Nice touch! Thank you and I will definitely use Kal Tire again.

I was driving a 2013 Kia Rio and absolutely loved it! after driving it for 2 years and the over 240,000 KMs from the previous owner I did have to say goodbye to it. I came to applewood looking for the exact same vehicle, model and color and to my surprise John had my Exact car on the lot!

Had my 1996 ford E350 into ford hallmark for brake repair and front end repairs twice,wasn't satisfied with the work, they were putting a dangerous vehicle back on the road.At fountain tire Derek took me into the garage,showed everything taken apart, plugged port, seized caliber, wrong bushing installed on front end.
After I got my truck back the brakes didn't squeak any more,brakes were working better then ever and good improvement over front end drive. Very happy.

A veritable cornucopia of eclectic items are sold here. Although they have their basic. stock merchandise, it’s the unusual stuff they bring in from wherever that sparks my interest here. I noticed in the previous comments that there were complaints about staff’s knowledge on the products but given that much of the stock can vary, it’s almost impossible for anyone to know everything. Had a leaky tire this morning. My first call was to Kal Tire, and they told me to drop off the vehicle for the day and come back in the late afternoon. This wasnt an option for me.
Then called OK Tire and had a most pleasant fellow tell me to come on down and theyll get it fixed up right away. They sure did! 10 mins in and out and super friendly, helpful service. They saved the day!! Mostly the day before a long weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
