StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Port Moody offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.
We offer a variety of services, including personal or semi-private coaching, CrossFit (group) classes, golf performance training, and Team Strength & Conditioning Programs. But before you choose what you want to do, we’d like to meet you. We meet all our potential new clients for a one-on-one consultation in our facility where we will start to learn about each other.
CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency - not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. After looking at all sport and physical tasks collectively, we asked what physical skills and adaptations would most universally lend themselves to performance advantage. Capacity culled from the intersection of all sports demands would quite logically lend itself well to all sport. In sum, our specialty is not specializing.
The Zone Fitness is a large, full service fitness facility in the heart of Pitt Meadows. We believe that there is no 'one size fits all' approach to fitness which is why we offer a variety of fitness membership options.
