Peaceful Revolution Music was founded by Prescilla Una. The inspirational push came when she volunteered at Toronto’s Indie Week in October 2012. With nearly 40 members, the Acton Citizens' Band is both a concert band as well as a marching band. The musical selections range from marches to spirituals to musicals to theme songs. The band specializes in providing entertainment for community affairs such as the Acton Fall Fair, Remembrance Day service, Christmas parades and concerts, the Firemen's Canada Day Fireworks, and the Leathertown Festival.
