Jeffrey May is a Montreal based multi-instrumentalist, composer, music teacher, events coordinator and improviser who can be heard playing silver and bamboo flutes, recorders, classical and jazz guitars, piano, and congas.
Jeffrey has over 40 years of experience teaching children and adults a wide range of instruments. He is devoted to helping his students develop their creativity, as they learn to "speak" the language of music.
The Musicians of the World Symphony Orchestra were outstanding. Ditto for soprano Brigitte O Halleran and singer Alexandra Cohenwho doubled as emcee. Thanks to Councillor Sam Goldbloom for serving as co-chair with me to event coordinator Alvin Fishman for his tireless work.
We are a seven-piece band comprised of award-winning, concert touring professionals that are versatile and energetic entertainers. We are well known for our diverse repertoire appealing to different nationalities, ages and tastes, performing music ranging from Tony Bennett to the Beatles to Lady Gaga.
