With nearly 40 members, the Acton Citizens' Band is both a concert band as well as a marching band. The musical selections range from marches to spirituals to musicals to theme songs. The band specializes in providing entertainment for community affairs such as the Acton Fall Fair, Remembrance Day service, Christmas parades and concerts, the Firemen's Canada Day Fireworks, and the Leathertown Festival.
Segue Music is a music education studio in Guelph that offers instruction in a wide variety of instrument, including piano, keyboard, organ, voice, guitar, bass, violin, fiddle, drums, woodwinds, brass, bagpipes, theory and more! As a pianist/performer who is also a composer he takes pride that each song in his repertoire shines in a way that would make the composer proud. In fact part of his teaching method is for students to learn to get inside the head of the composer or song-writer.
He has not only played at all kinds of celebrations and events including wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, birthdays, corporate functions but has been a musical director for several broadway musicals. .
