The Brick in Castlegar is an amazing store for the Kootenays it has all the same furniture as the big city stores do. Many new styles I had never seen before, post modern styles are pretty cool. Great staff never pushy. Had a great delivery of my genuine leather sectional.

Excellent customer service!! Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. Kal tire couldn’t provide the tires I needed so Jeremy found a reputable vendor who was able to help!! I’ve worked in retail for many years and that is how you bring customers back!! Also as I was loading my tires another young man who works for you cheerfully helped me load the rest! Ken fixed our dishwasher which was under warranty. He was able to come the day we called him (Friday) to diagnose the problem and fitted the part Monday. Very fast and friendly service plus he shared several dishwasher tips with us that will help our dishes get even cleaner. Highly recommend!
