My SUV back window was vandalized and severely cracked. The wind over the weekend had blown most of the glass into my vehicle. I called other places but no one could get me in as quickly as Mr Auto Glass, plus their rating was high. they filed my MPI claim, installed new back window and cleaned inside of the vehicle. it was a hassle free experience. The transition has been quite seamless from Protelec to api. I recently had a service call by api to replace two obsolete smoke detectors and at the same time the battery was changed in my control panel with a full system check. As good as ProTelec was for more than 30 years, these elements should have been changed out long ago. This work was initiated by api. The service tech was on time, very courteous and competent. Overall I was quite pleased with my first real interaction with api Alarms.

First time experience at this store was absolutely amazing. I went there to have a custom made 22 carat Kara. Could not possibly be happier with the end result. the service was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
