My Journey in wholistic health started in my early 20's when I started school at The ICT Northumberland College in Halifax NS in 2002. I Graduated in 2004 with a 2200 Hour Massage Therapy Diploma. I am a member of the Massage Therapists Association of Nova Scotia as well as a RYT500 with the Yoga Alliance. In my 12+ years of experience in Massage therapy I have had the privilege and the honor in treating patients all across Canada and learning from my many Gurus (teachers) from all over the world.
