When I made my first appt, I told Wendy we would need months of counselling to get over the hurt and resentment me and my spouse had at each other. She assured me that with her solution-focused method we would not. It has been 6 weeks and my spouse and I are communicating and trusting each other like we never have. I had to go to emerg on a dull monday and had a very good service attendance.
All the rpn's and doctor on staff were caring friendly and very hard at work with a full non-stop clientele in the waiting.
Im so glad i had decided to go this day as i now have a very positive experience.
I hope that those who were on staff that afternoon get a high five for perfection.
