Unlike the former reviewer, I had a very positive experience at New Look. The young lady who helped me was polite and professional. Even when I told her that I would be shopping at their competitor, she remained helpful and encouraged me to check their prices and if it was better for me then to buy there. As it turns out New Look had a better deal for glasses and sunglasses with my full prescription.
