I went to this store for a speaker on a good friday sale, despite the crowd in the tight area where all the electronics were, i asked a young man if this is where i would find product i was looking for, he said yes pointed though the crowd and then proceeded to get one for me, i could not believe what a nice gentleman he was and how nice the entire staff was considering the day they're going to have..made going there for the deal so much nicer, will start shopping there on a regular basis now

Dr. Mao is very professional and friendly. My eye exam was very thorough and I didn't feel rushed. He takes the time to explain everything. The girl works i dispensary is helpful. She helped me pick out my eyeglasses and I've been getting many compliments on them. I definitely recommend everyone to check this place out!

Dr. Peterson was so wonderful when both my husband and I came in for an eye check up. We both did need reading glasses as suspected, but the service we received from her and the receptionist was completely above and beyond what we ever expected from an optometrist visit. Dr. Peterson has a wonderful sense of humour and is very friendly. She not only prescribed our glasses And Ben helped us find suitable frames herself in the office, but she had a wonderful way of explaining, without medical jargon that I wouldn't understand, what was happening with our eyes and why glasses have become necessary.
I am so pleased that a friend recommended us to her and would extend the recommendation to Anyone looking for an optometrist.

The second and probably largest change in our office is that Dr. Tim Kiddie has retired after 34 years of practice. Many of you are very loyal patients of Dr. Tim Kiddie, and may be sad to see him go, however, one of his long term associates Dr Katherine Jones will continue to practice at Dorchester Optometry. In addition to Dr. Jones, Dr. Kathryn Boult has joined the practice. Together they will continue to deliver exceptional care to the patients of the community and they are both happy to take on Dr. Kiddie's patients after his retirement.
