Le client est respecté contrairement à la boutique Telus aux Galeries de Terrebonne où une fois le cellulaire acheté on nous réfère au service téléphonique de Telus. J’ai appelé le 21 décembre 2017 et j’ai reçu un retour d’appel le 5 janvier 2018. Ce matin, je suis en ligne depuis 20 minutes et j’attends toujours qu’un préposé me rappelle. Je retournerai donc à la boutique Srad, sur Gascon. Là où on règle les problèmes avec courtoisie.
