I had originelly mistaken Immigroup as a goverment office and wasn't really happy about having to find that fact out after I had already paid. I couldn't get a full refund because my rep had already begin work on my file so I decided to just go with it. I have to admit the company surprised me by getting my UK passport in less then the regular 2 months of procesing. They were also realy graet about checking to make sure that I had my other doc's to fly out. Since it was my first time traveling since I was a child I had no idea that I still need a PR and this ESTA pass thing to be able to went the states. Without using Immigroup I probably would have been stuck at the airport for hours on my return trip. I recommend these guys to anyone who isn't a regular traveller.Read more
