Chef Johhny began his career in the town of Brindisi, Italy. He was Head Chef at well known restaurants in Toronto, Canada, Munich, Germany and Melbourne, Australia.

He resides in the village of Carlisle where he no longer has to commute to work. Having purchased the town's old pizza place over two years ago, finally getting to refurbish the tired shop has been a joy and labour of love. The pizza shop has been refreshed with hip new colours and decor. It now boasts a lovely waiting area which connects customers with the Carlisle Conservation Area behind it. The menu has also been updated and pizzas are available with delicious toppings such as Calabrese salami and gorgonzola cheese. David and his team of locals look forward to serving you soon.
