Hi, my name is Jamie Weksberg and I founded Branded Bites in July of 2012 to specialize in creating unique and personally customizable treats. Since then my team and myself have had some amazing projects that have brought us close..... and close to tears. One thing is for sure – our satisfaction doesn't come when an order leaves our doors, it comes with the little ding of our inbox when we get great feedback and appreciation from our clients. That is what drives us and keeps our passion alive! It all started roughly one year earlier when I saw a local bakery printing names and photos directly onto cakes, cookies, and chocolates – I was enthralled.

A successful nationwide supplier in gourmet desserts and breakfast pastries, producing the finest mousse cakes, tarts, cheesecakes, Danish pastries and croissants. Owner Fabrizio Lo Iacono fell in love with the culinary world and developed a passion for creating dishes that were both mouthwatering and artistic. When the opportunity arose for Fabrizio to work overseas, he ventured to Italy to broaden his culinary experience. Upon returning to Canada, he began creating simple cakes and soon realized that his passion for great food and art could be intertwined.
