Kettlemans Bagel opened in Ottawa in August of 1993. When the business started, our mission was to make the best bagels you could find.
By rolling, kettling, and baking traditional Montreal Bagel in a wood-burning oven using hand-picked hardwood, and maintaining an unwavering commitment to the traditional quality of the food, we have become a food institution 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year for over 25 years. However, tradition does not mean much if the authenticity is gone.
They have a large selection of bagels, cheese spreads and sandwiches. Always fresh and the service is courteous and prompt. If you get a dozen or more bagels ask for freezer bags to keep them fresh, but they are so good you may not get to freeze them!Read more
I found her at a wedding show and she was amazing ! One taste of her red velvet (which I definitely recommend) and I was sold ! She may be fairly to the business, but her designs and the taste and texture of her cakes are very well done. The price is amazing for the Gatineau area as well.
