I called Peter to seal my parents driveway in Oakville. He went over immediately and gave me an honest assessment about how to make it less slippery. He said the best way to do that would be to replace with asphalt - he wouldn’t make any money with that option.
Failing that he suggested mixing grit into the driveway.
He’s taken care of my parents as though they’re his own. Don’t hesitate to hire him, he’s a really good decent man.

Had some bricks falling apart under 3 windows, Dan and his help removed all brick and installed a solid limestone underneath the 3 windows, recaulked window sills joint , job looks great, workmanship and cleanup was excellent, highly recommend

I met Brandon of Kaydon Sealing when I was broke down on the side of the Taunton Road and had about 100 cars passed me by. Brandon on the other hand stopped even though he was on his way to a job and offered to take me anywhere I needed to go. He got me to a supplies store where I bought a few tools and was able to fix my car and get on the road. I decided then I would be getting this awesome guy to do my driveway. BMIR Sealing has been in the sealcoating industry since 2012. We know the asphalt sealcoating business inside and out. From the bidding to the execution of projects, we have been involved with countless residential and commercial contracts at every level. For asphalt, BMIR sealing uses a refined coal tar based sealer that seals out the damaging elements of weather and chemicals and keeps the vital oils and plasticizers locked in the asphalt pavement to keep them flexible and functional. Our sealer is water based and dries with a matte finish. The matte finish accentuates the home and boosts curb appeal. For concrete, BMIR Sealing uses Hydrostop Sealer which is a clear, water based sprayable liquid which activates a water repellent effect on the surfaces of concrete. The finished application is virtually invisible, leaving the surface with its original appearance and breathability.
