The owner of the gym Kate Laird has been a personal trainer and running Mommy Bootcamps since 2006.
The gym is an inclusive space where people of all fitness backgrounds can feel welcomed and encouraged to meet their fitness and wellness goals. Our personal training and group fitness approach to fitness includes cross-training, functional fitness, and HIIT.
Every day we have in-person fitness classes, as well as online classes that you can participate in from anywhere. Love Your Body fitness is known for their Mommy Bootcamps where you can bring your children so that you can get your workout in while your kids play.

I have developed the best in training and nutrition programs to improve body composition, increase strength and improve flexibility/mobility. My certifications in Personal Training, Yoga, Exercise Therapy, and Fascial Stretch Therapy allow me to incorporate a more diverse and holistic approach to my fitness programs.
Soldiers of Fitness was born from a desire to teach families overseas about fitness in the only place they had, the outdoors. The concept worked so well we brought it back to Canada and for eleven years we have been changing lives. We run fitness classes that will help you lose weight, get in shape, make new friends and be happier in life. Our methods are the same as our ancestors.
