I was thrilled when my dog Jasper was boarded here. He came home relaxed and tuckered out. He was clean!!!! This is the first time I have boarded in Williams Lake to have my dog returned in good weight and sparkling clean! I should mention that the owners explained to me when I booked that the kennel is not yet up and running. Even so I brought my dog for his vacation and he came home more relaxed than we did! The daily walks did wonders for our hyper young lab!!! I can not say enough good things. Will recommend to anyone who will listen. All the extra care and no extra surprise charges!!!

This truly talented young lady is an absolute wizard! We have taken our "monster cranky cat" to her for management of his LONG fur problems - whereas I have been shredded trying to groom this rescue cat, Grace kept chatting as she just took care of business and trimmed his stomach, underarms, etc. with mostly purring on the cat's part (remember, I have scars on both arms and hands!) Then, she asked an impossible question - "would you like his nails cut?", she asked calmly AND DID IT!! Amazing!
