In the fall of 1985 Theodocios 'Ted' Voyiatzis combined his vast experience in the seafood industry with his love for cooking and started Coral Seafood. With the love and support from his wife Georgia, the 'Restaurant attached to a fish market' became a success. Their guiding principle of hand selecting only the freshest fish and personally transporting it to the restaurant was the catalyst for this success. Hospitable service and fair prices were natural extensions of Ted and Georgia's personality.
