Miss the salad bar, this was the last Keg that provided a salad bar and everyone enjoyed it, this would be nice to have back as there are not very many restaurants that have salad bars anymore, making it unique.

Caribou restaurant is our restaurant of choice. Whether it is just a small group of us or a large group in for a party Caribou is the place to be. Personally I manage a local hotel and we send our guests there time after time. The food is excellent and consistant whether it is just their gourmet pizza's or full dinner entre's. Desserts are to die for especially the creme framboise. The service is always personable and efficient. Their wine list is the best in town and they have won many awards. Its a great dining experience.

My spouse and I discovered this restaurant as a fluke- we were not in there to eat, in there to conduct business with the owner for a local festival. When my spouse got back to the car he said, we are going to go back there for lunch. And we did just that and were very impressed. We were not sure of the sizes so we both ordered 2 medium panzerottis, and wow, we didn't need to make dinner that night. Very affordable and the best panz I have ever eaten in my life.

Most amazing pasta ever. The caeasar dressing was the best. The chocolate mousse cake was so good, not too sweet. The service was great, not too intrusive, very friendly. I love how the kitchen is out front so you can see them cooking. The cooks all seemed to be young but were very professional. The owners answered any questions I had, and very friendly. I love the fact that their pasta is made almost every day, on site and they told me that they have one employee that makes all the pasta from scratch.
