Recently ordered a custom birthday cake on short notice (less than a week). Ive contacted a bunch of bakeries around town and they would only take the order with a ridiculous surcharge. After I explained my circumstance, Cakeology actually came up with a solution for me so that I can still have my custom cake in time. They were very accommodating and helped me make this cake happen. On top of their excellent service, the cake tasted amazing. Definitely one-of-a-kind. Highly recommended!

I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge. I am so impressed by their excellent customer service, their integrity and for going above and beyond

All of our cakes are custom, which means we don't have any in the shop to pick up on a whim, they all need to be ordered ahead of time. We usually book about 2-3 weeks ahead, but please call to see if we can squeeze you in.Each cake is made up of two layers of cake with butter cream icing (layered in between and then crumb coated). We finish our cakes off with fondant icing, and as they are our specialty, we don't charge any extra for using that kind of icing. Fondant is a type of icing used to finish off cakes (there is still butter cream inside the cakes) and it is similar in taste and texture to marsh mellows.
