I have learned a great deal in my 20 years as a Psychologist but one thing remains constant – I am honored to journey with people as they transform towards wellness, to offer compassionate presence and therapeutic knowing during times of struggle. My work is particularly influenced by advanced training in Hakomi, a therapy approach that integrates cognitive, emotional, and physiological realms as sources of knowing.
