Ginette Gaudet is a registered psychologist with the College of Psychologist of New Brunswick. She has been working in the field for over 16 years with adults, children and adolescents. She has worked in different settings such as the Government of Canada, School Boards, Hospital Psychiatric settings and for the last 4 years in Private Practice.
Ginette provides in therapy practical resources and tools that have been studied and have shown effectiveness in reducing symptoms, increase coping skills and changing unhealthy or limiting patterns of thought, emotion or behaviour. She considers a combination of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy as well as mindfulness and solution focused strategies in order to best suit the individual needs of each client.
