His Ph.D. specializing in learning theory from the University of Calgary along with his extensive experience at all levels of the school system allow Steve to expertly assess student needs. As Founding Director of The Reading Foundation, Steve’s own love of learning is reflected in the enthusiasm and determination of both our staff and students.
