KUDOS to Kathy in Victoria at 1-888-472-222 with whom I spoke today (January 4, 2021 just before noon). She is so helpful and efficient, made suggestions and arranged for us to add cell phone service (sim cards on their way). She helped us to get the best price for our bundle (Internet, computer, TV and landline)and is personable and kind even though I explained we are technopeasants, both of us (husband and wife) in our 70s! Downtown Computer was such a great help in fixing my old computer and gathering my information into a memory drive. They were thoughtful and willing to help in anyway they could.
